The Bavarian State Ministry for the Environment and Consumer Protection commissioned us with the creation of a comprehensive campaign to recruit personnel for the Bavarian water industry. Specialists are urgently needed – 17 regional water management offices alone are in permanent need of team reinforcements.

In order to protect water from human influences – but also to protect the population from threats posed by water – professionals from many disciplines have to work together. Professionals from the trades are just as much in demand as natural scientists, engineers and administrative experts. Communication must therefore generate impact for the most diverse target groups and function on a wide range of channels.

With the campaign “Die Wasserprofis” (The Water Professionals), we strengthen the image of the water industry as an employer and stage the challenging, exciting tasks for our Bavarian water.
