Fette Compacting. Employer Branding/Recruiting Campaign. For Fette Compacting, one of the leading manufacturers of special machines in pharmaceutical and food production, we designed a new, attention-grabbing employer branding campaign. The basis is Fette Compacting’s claim: “be efficient”. From this, the campaign strikingly derives the opportunities and challenges that are offered to professionals, students and trainees at the globally active medium-sized company. The campaign was chosen as the winner in its category at the German Brand Award 2022.
